Aerobic (Hi-Lo)

Aerobic activity with a very dynamic choreography. Practice to be in top shape and test your endurance.

The Hi-Lo combines low-impact movements (arms and travel unearned, with one foot still on the ground) with higher impact movements (jumps and movements accrued). The chains are complex and very dynamic choreography is performed to a fast music. The transition between the slow sustained rhythms, however, takes place smoothly.

The aim of the course of Aerobic (Hi-Lo) is to improve cardiovascular function and respiratory organs. The complex combination of exercises is involved in working memory, coordination and skill.
